That’s what I was like at the beginning of the year, I literally couldn’t run for more than 2 minutes without cramping. (Turns out I had a magnesium deficiency, haha). Do intervals between running and walking, and increase the time you run every second time you exercise, even if it’s only by a half a minute. Once you can run for a while with no break, you can look forward to an awesome endorphin rush. :)
The other night, I ran 7k without a break. That might not be much to most people, but it blew my mind.
